Ingredients

  • 1
    packet Lays
  • ketchup
  • 1/2
    tbsp tomato
    chopped
  • corn
  • 1/2
    tbsp onion
    chopped
  • 1/2
    tbsp capsicum
    chopped

    cube mozzarella cheese
  • chili flakes
  • oregano

Instructions

Take a bowl and add 1 packet Lays and all the veggies (ketchup, 1/2 tbsp onion, 1/2 tbsp capsicum, 1/2 tbsp tomato & corn).

Grate 1 cube mozzarella cheese over it. Sprinkle some oregano and chili flakes.

Bake in oven at 180°C and serve!

Take a pan and heat 1 tbsp mustard oil in it. Fry the 8-9 groundnuts, and put it on a plate. Add 1/2 tomato, pinch of paanchphorn, 1 red dry chili and then add the 1 green chili. Mix them nicely.

Besan Ke Laddoo

    cup Ghee (clarified butter)
  • 4
    cups besan (course gram flour)
  • 1
    cup sugar
  • 4
    pods cardamom (elachi)
  • 2
    tbsp cashews (kaju)

Instructions

Firstly, in a large kadai heat 1 cup Ghee (clarified butter) and 4 cups besan (course gram flour). Roast on low flame until the besan is well combined with ghee. Continue to roast on a low flame. After 20 minutes, the besan starts to release ghee. *M

Place 1 cup sugar and 4 pods cardamom (elachi) in a blender. Blend to a fine powder. Mix well making sure everything is well combined.

Dry roast 2 tbsp cashews (kaju). Roast on low flame until the nuts turn crunchy. Add it in the mixture.

Turn off the flame and let it cool down. Prepare a ball sized ladoo adjusting sugar as required. Finally, enjoy besan ladoo for 2 weeks in an airtight container!

  • a pinch of saffron strands

    g sweetened condensed milk

For Garnish

Add 2 cups whole milk and 200 g sweetened condensed milk in a thick bottomed saucepan or kadai. Stir and mix with a wired whisk so that the condensed milk is mixed evenly with the whole milk. If you do not prefer a sweeter basundi add ¼ cup whole milk

Marination:Take the chicken pieces in a bowl, add salt, lemon Turmeric powder and ginger garlic paste.Mix it all well and set aside for 30 minutes.

Now, take onion, garlic, ginger and green chillies and grind them together to make a paste.

Prepare the curry:Take oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, bay leaves, cinnamon sticks, black cardamom, peppercorn and cloves.

Saute them together until golden brown and add the onion paste.

Mix it with the ingredients .After a while, add tomatoe puree to the mix along with turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt ,cumin powder and coriander powder mix.

Chocolate Modak

    packet Parle-G Biscuits

    tbsp Milk Powder
  • 1 1/2
    tbsp Cocoa Powder

  • Milk
    as required

  • Modak Mould

Take 1 Packet of Parle-G Biscuit and grind them into fine powder using a mixer.

Now add 2 tbsp Milk Powder,1½ tbsp Cocoa powder & 2 tbsp Condensed Milk.

Make a dough with this mixture using milk as required.

Take a Modak mould ,Grease it with ghee/oil and keep it aside. Portion the mixture and roll into smooth round balls between your palms.

Place a small ball into the modak mould.Just press with your index finger towards the centre of the mould so they get the shape of mould.Remove the extra portion.Now add the filling i.e mawa inside the mould and cover the rest with the chocolate mixture.

Preheat the oven @ 180C. In a clean bowl, add the coffee powder and water, mix it.

Add the sugar and vegetable oil. Using a whisk mix this really well for about 3-4 minutes.1 cup Butter milk. Add the vanilla extract and mix it.

Now to the batter through a sift add the flour and baking powder and baking soda. Using a spatula gently fold the dry mix in.Mix until you don't see any large flour pockets.
