Ingredients

Batter

  • 1/2
    cup water
    more or less as needed
  • salt to taste
  • 1
    cup besan
  • 1/2
    cup rice flour
  • 1
    tbsp garam masala powder
  • 1
    tsp black jeera
  • pinch of turmeric
  • 1
    tsp mustard oil
  • 1/2
    tomato
    chopped
  • pinch of paanchphorn
  • 1
    green chili
    chopped
  • 8-9
    groundnuts
  • 1
    red dry chili
  • 1
    tbsp mustard oil
  • 2
    tbsp coriander leaves
    finely chopped
  • 1
    tsp garam masala powder
  • 1
    tbsp peas
  • 1
    tsp cumin powder
  • 1
    tbsp ginger paste
  • salt to taste
  • 2
    medium potatoes
    boiled
  • 2
    tbsp turmeric powder
  • 6
    slices of bread
  • tomato ketchup
  • green chilies

Instructions

Take a pan and heat 1 tbsp mustard oil in it. Fry the 8-9 groundnuts, and put it on a plate. Add 1/2 tomato, pinch of paanchphorn, 1 red dry chili and then add the 1 green chili. Mix them nicely.

Put 2 medium potatoes in the pan and add salt to taste, 2 tbsp turmeric powder, 1 tbsp ginger paste, 1 tsp garam masala powder, 1 tsp cumin powder, 1 tbsp peas and 2 tbsp coriander leaves and the fried groundnuts. Mix them thoroughly in the pan to make a
