Ingredients

The Wet Mixture

  • 1/2
    Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 2
    Tablespoons Flour
  • 1/2
    Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/2
    Teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1/4
    Teaspoon Salt
  • 1/8
    Teaspoon Pepper

Flour

  • 1/2
    Cup Flour

Breadcrumbs Mix

  • 1/2
    Cup Panko Breadcrumbs
  • 1
    Tablespoon Italian Seasoning
  • 2
    Wedges Catalyst Creamery Cheese
    cut into sticks
  • 1
    Tablespoon Olive Oil
    for baking
  • 1/4
    Cup Red Sauce (Marinara)
    for dipping

Instructions

Cut cheese into sticks. Coat each in wet mixture, then flour, then wet mixture again, and then breadcrumbs. Bake at 390 F for 15 minutes. Serve with red sauce!
