Ingredients

    tbsp dashida (beef bullion powder)

    cup soy sauce

    shitake mushrooms

    use new potatoes or fingerlings to keep shape

    tbsp honey ginger marmalade
    or substitute 1 tbsp honey and 1/2 tbsp ginger
  • green & red chilies

    cup brown sugar

    approx. 1/2 cup

Step 2: Sauce - Combine all of the ingredients and pour over meat - Add shitake mushrooms - Cook on medium heat for about 45 minutes
