$3 Corn Rice (Contest #5)

Ingredients

  • 1
    ear Corn
  • 1.5
    cup White rice
  • 1/2
    medium-sized Onion
  • 2
    tablespoons Butter
  • 1
    cup Water

Instructions

Remove the corn kernels from 1 ear Corn and set it aside. Rinse the 1.5 cup White rice until the water runs clear.

Add 2 tablespoons Butter and 1/2 medium-sized Onion and sauté on medium heat. To the same pot add rinsed rice and 1 cup Water and cook for 8 minutes/until done
