Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon
    Soy Sauce
  • 1
    Cucumber (Korean, English, Persian)
  • 1/2 teaspoon
    Sesame Oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon or less
    Roasted Sesame Seeds
  • 2 tablespoons
    Rice Vinegar
  • 1/2-1 tablespoon
    Gochugaru
  • 1-3 tablespoons
    Sugar

Chop 1 Cucumber (Korean, English, Persian) Salt cucumber 15-30 mins. Make the sauce: 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce 2 tablespoons Rice Vinegar 1-3 tablespoons Sugar 1/2-1 tablespoon Gochugaru 1/2 teaspoon Sesame Oil 1/2 tablespoon or less Roasted Sesame Seeds
